Delivery and Setup Services
We will be pleased to offer delivery, set-up, take-down and pick up services for an additional charge. Please refer below for the fee schedule.

- Prices mentioned above are applicable for the deliveries and pick up completed during our daytime hours M-S 7AM-6:00PM or reasonably within the venue working hours. For after-hours delivery and pickup, please give us a call.
- We will need a minimum 2 hours window for delivery and pick up services.
- Delivery and pick up will be done at the dock or at an area that is easily accessible to our team. Extra charges may apply for restricted access, stairs, elevators, long hallways etc.
- If delivery selected, the client is responsible to take the rentals from the drop off location for setup.
- If pick up is selected, the client is responsible to bring the rentals to the original drop off location.
- We request that our clients arrange someone to verify and receive the rentals on delivery. If not, we will leave the rentals at a pre-determined location. If there is any discrepancy in order please call us within 2 hours of delivery. We will not accept any dispute on rentals after that timeline.
- Setup and takedown charges are for Edmonton & Area only.
* All delivery, setup, take down and pick up charges are estimates and will be finalized at rental agreement sign off.
